Frequently, the shareholders of a privately held company may desire some degree of liquidity short of an outright sale or public offering. In these situations, we can structure a transaction to provide cash to the owners and allow them to retain significant ownership in their companies.

- Design and implement an appropriate capital structure and recapitalization strategy;
