Denis Armand Mola

Denis Armand Mola - Chicago

Mr. Mola founded The Armand Group in 1976 and serves as Managing Director. From 1982 to 1985, Mr. Mola also served as a Managing Director of ARMCOR, Ltd., the Investment Manager for Tiense Suiker International of Brussels, Belgium, one of the world's largest integrated sugar processors. Mr. Mola was responsible for overseeing Tiense Suiker's United States acquisition program.

Mr. Mola has served on numerous corporate boards. He is currently Chairman and principal shareholder of Saluc International, the Belgian manufacturer of Aramith billiard balls and RG International Group, the owner of the European operations of Revell, the world leader in plastic models and die cast collectibles; and director and shareholder of LearnCom, a producer and distributor of training videos.

Mr. Mola began his career at American National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago. Mr. Mola holds a BA in economics from St. Johns University and an MBA in finance from Fordham University.
