SALUC INTERNATIONAL, S.A.

Saluc International is the manufacturer of the famous Aramith Belgian Billiard Ball.  The company is over 80 years old and is located in southern Belgium.  The partners of Armand controlled this company through a US holding company, Armand Capital Group, LLC.  The partners of Armand served on the board of both the holding company and the Belgian operating company.  In addition, Armand was the investment manager for Saluc International.

RG INTERNATIONAL GROUP, LLC

RG International, a US holding company established by The Armand Group, acquired the European operations of Revell, Revell GmbH & Co KG, the world leading manufacturer of plastic model kits and die cast collectibles.  The partners of Armand, in concert with management initiated this spin off from the former US parent and served as advisors and board members to the company.
