Rick Cogswell - Chicago
Rick Cogswell is Managing Director of The Armand Group. Prior to joining The Armand Group, he was a Managing Director of Marquette Capital Partners, the merchant banking arm of Marquette Bancshares, then the largest privately owned bank holding company in the United States.
Mr. Cogswell was previously head of corporate finance at B.C. Ziegler & Co., and held various investment banking positions at Blunt Ellis & Loewi and Kemper Securities. He began his career at Northwestern Mutual Life where he was an investment manager and in charge of workouts within the private placement portfolio.
Mr. Cogswell is a graduate of Lawrence University and the University of Chicago Law School, and completed the Program for Management Development at the Harvard Business School. He is a past director or trustee of PMC International, the City of Milwaukee Pension Fund and several private companies. He is actively involved in fundraising for educational and other nonprofit institutions.
