The Armand Group is a private merchant bank styled in the European tradition. We are seasoned individuals providing financial advisory services to select middle-market companies in the United States and Europe. Many of these companies have been clients of the firm for years.

From time to time the firm and its partners will participate in the ownership of companies where we believe our strategic involvement at the board level will lead to a significant increase in value. In recent years these merchant banking activities have gained prominence and now account for approximately half of our time.

Through our many institutional relationships, both domestically and abroad, we are able to structure and execute transactions ranging from simple financings to complex cross-border M&A assignments in an effective and timely manner.
